The Internal Execution Handoff: If the audit determines your internal team possesses the bandwidth to fix the leakage internally, you receive the blueprint and are explicitly told to execute it without us.

Phase 2: Milestone-Gated DaaS Retainer

A bespoke “Delivery-as-a-Service” (DaaS) VMO integration contract. Richard Fisler leads executive governance and day-to-day integration through a Solo-Founder Execution model.
